A. What are Cookies
Web Cookies are small pieces of data send by a website which are stored by your browser on your computer or mobile device. They are used to improve the service on the Website or in the Online Store. Cookies do not carry viruses and cause no harm. B. Which Cookies are used?
Cookies can be used by HUGO BOSS or HB IM (first party cookies) or by carefully selected business partners (third party cookies). Third party cookies are used in particular for purposes of web analysis or marketing services.

2. Third party Cookies
When you visit the Website or the Online Store, cookies may be used which are sent by a third party such as YouTube, when you view an embedded video, or by Facebook or Twitter, when you send content from a webpage to a social media account. a) Performance Cookies - These cookies collect anonymised information about how you and other customers use the Website and the Online Store, e.g. how often customers visit the websites and which areas are accessed most frequently. This information enables us to improve the performance of the Website and the Online Store and are exclusively used for statistical purposes in order to analyze the visits and accesses of the Website and the Online Store. The information collected by performance cookies is anonymised and cannot be used to identify a specific person.

3. Flash Cookies

C. Cookie settings
The procedure for deleting or blocking cookies depends on the specific browser that you use.
