We are offering a standard and express delivery service. In order to have your purchases conveniently delivered to a business address or different recipient, you have the option of providing a delivery address that is different to the payment address during the order process. The invoice is enclosed in your parcel and will not be sent separately. The HUGO BOSS Online Store only delivers within the UK mainland and to Northern Ireland. Please note that orders cannot be delivered to Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Deliveries destined for remote areas may take longer and be subject to a surcharge.

From now on Standard delivery within the UK is generally free of charge. We deliver within the UK mainland and to Northern Ireland. The delivery generally takes 3 to 4 working days to arrive once your order has been approved and dispatched.
You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Express Delivery
Express Delivery
Express deliveries sent with DHL Express generally take 1 to 3 working days. Express delivery costs are £ 19.95 per parcel.
If you place your order before 11.00 am Monday to Friday, you will receive your package within the next 1 to 3 working days. Orders that are placed after 12 pm on Friday will not be delivered before the following Tuesday. Weekends and regional/national holidays are exempt from Express Delivery.
If you are not at home when the package is delivered, a card will be left to inform you that delivery was attempted and your package is ready to be picked up from your local post office. You may then collect your package within the next 14 days. If you do not collect it within the said period, your delivery will be returned to HUGO BOSS.
