At the Website, you may set up a personal customer account (my account) for the Online Store (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer Account"). The Online Store integrated into the Website is operated by HB IM. HB IM is your sole contractual partner for any purchases that you make in the Online Store.

In order to make shopping in the Online Store as convenient and easy as possible, the Online Store is directly linked into the Website. With your Customer Account, you can access the data that you have saved in the past without registering again and thus shop more conveniently in the Online Store. HUGO BOSS will make the information which is necessary for processing your order available to HB IM automatically in accordance with the following provisions:

I. Orders Placed From a HUGO BOSS Customer Account

The information saved in your Customer Account is stored in the central customer database of HUGO BOSS and will only be supplied to HB IM on a case-by-case basis and only as required for the purpose of processing your order. When placing an order, you will be requested to enter certain information in the relevant order form “1. Address & Shipping”. Where the needed information has been saved in your Customer Account, it will be entered into the order form automatically. The data will not be transferred to HB IM until you have clicked on the button “continue” in the order form “1. Address & Shipping".

HB IM will only use your data for the purpose of processing your orders and in connection with the performance of the purchase agreements you conclude with it in the Online Store. Furthermore, HB IM not collect, process or use your personal data for any other purpose without your prior consent.

II. Direct Orders

Naturally, you can also place an order in the Online Store without using an existing Customer Account. In this case, simply enter the information required to process your order in the order form “1. Address & Shipping” and then click on the button “continue” to send the data to HB IM directly. HB IM will only use your data for the purpose of processing your orders and in connection with the performance of the purchase agreements you conclude with it in the Online Store. III. Transfer of Order Information

If you have used an existing Customer Account when placing your order in the Online Store, you have, by clicking on the “continue” button in the order form “1. Address & Shipping”, consented to having HB IM transfer certain information related to your order (the item purchased, its price and the time of your purchase) to HUGO BOSS so that your order history (which can be viewed in your Customer Account) can be kept up to date.

You may at any time revoke your consent with future effect without providing any reasons for your decision.

F. My Account

At the Website, you can also create a personal My Account with which you will be able to use a wide range of services and enjoy numerous advantages such as invitations to store events or live broadcasts of fashion shows. Your personal My Account will be operated by HUGO BOSS.

All you need to supply to create your own personal My Account are your first name, surname, address, country, your e-mail address and a password of your choice.
