All items purchased at the HUGO BOSS Online Store (including sale items) can be returned within 30 days, free of charge. Unfortunately it is not possible to return the items to a local HUGO BOSS Store.
Please note that at present we can only accept returns and faulty goods that have been purchased from the HUGO BOSS Online Store. If you would like to return goods that have been purchased from somewhere else, please go directly to the shop where you bought the goods. For a simple and free return, please use the return form and return label included in your package. If you cannot find the return label, please contact our Customer Service. They would be happy to help.
In order to guarantee that your return is handled efficiently, please ensure that the returned goods include any accessories, tags and possible extras. We cannot accept items that have been worn beyond being tried on (items that have evidence of lipstick or make-up, or that are marked or smell like they have been worn).

Please bear in mind that standard return shipments can take several working days to arrive at our warehouse in Germany.
We recommend that you retain the original postage receipt. In the rare case that a parcel gets lost in the return process, this is necessary to track the missing parcel down.

At present, we do not offer an exchange service. Please return the items back to us and place a new order for the correct item online. We kindly recommend you to order a range of colours and sizes for comparison and return the ones you do not wish to keep within 30 days.
Items purchased from a local store cannot be exchanged at the HUGO BOSS Online Store, and vice versa.
Once your return has been checked and processed by our warehouse you will be notified by e-mail. The refund will be processed to the credit/debit card or account originally used for payment. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
