Returns

Take your time and try the articles on comfortably at home and in combination with your favourite pieces. If you want to return a single article (e.g., if you do not like the article), you can exercise your right to cancellation within 30 (thirty) days.

We bear the costs of the return delivery of goods if you use the return sticker attached to the delivery. Otherwise, you are responsible for the direct costs of the return delivery.
If you do not have the return form or the return sticker, please contact our Customer Service.

Please pack the goods carefully to avoid transport damages; preferably by using the original packaging for this. To help us to process your return quickly, please ensure that the returned goods are sent with accessories and labels. If you try clothing on, please avoid leaving any traces of use (e.g., lipstick or make-up spots).

Thank you for your understanding that we cannot offer any exchanges. If you want an article in a different colour or size, please place a new order.

Returns can be dropped off at your local post office. To find your local drop-off point for returns, please visit: www.ups.com

Please bear in mind that standard return shipments can take several working days to arrive at our warehouse in Germany.

We recommend that you retain the original postage receipt. In the rare case that a parcel gets lost in the return process, this is necessary to track the missing parcel down.
