Measure around the middle of your neck, at the Adam´s apple.
(2) Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades by dropping your arms loosely to the sides.
(3) Waist
Measure around your natural waistline at the belly button.
(4) Hip
Measure at the widest part of your hip.
(5) Sleeve Length
Measure from the 7th cervical vertrebra through the acromion, past the elbow to the wrist.
(6) Inside Leg
Measure from the top of your inside leg at the crotch to the ground without shoes.
